How to create a coaching mission

You wish to create a coaching mission for one or more of your employees? You can also create coaching missions for yourself. We'll show you how! 👇

Create a coaching mission for an collaborator

• Go to the Coaching section
• Select the name of one of your team members.
• Click on the "+ Mission" button.
• Complete the mission:
• The title of the mission
• You can define a business objective (Example: call 10 prospects). This objective can be updated manually (by you or your collaborator) or based on an indicator and will therefore be updated automatically.
• A description
• A deadline
• Click on the "Launch" button and let's go!

Create a coaching mission for yourself

• Go to the Coaching section
• If you do not have a coachee, you are directly on your page. If not, click on "personal page" at the top of your screen.
• Click on the "+ Mission" button
• Complete the mission:
• The title of the mission
• You can define a business objective (Example: call 10 prospects). This objective can be updated manually (by you or your collaborator) or based on an indicator and will be updated automatically.
• A description
• A deadline
• Click on the "Launch" button and let's go!
