How to launch a training program?

Note: A program can only be launched if it includes at least one step and participants.

There are two methods to launch a program.

Method 1: From Programs

Step 1: Access programs

From your dashboard, go to the Programs menu.

Step 2: Open drafts

Access the Drafts tab, then locate the program you wish to launch.

Step 3: Launch the program

Click Launch to the right of the relevant program.If your program contains at least one step and participants, it will launch immediately and become accessible to assigned users.

Method 2: From session templates

You can also launch a program from session templates.

Step 1: Access session templates

From your dashboard, go to Organization Administration, then click Manage session templates.

Step 2: Launch the program

Locate the corresponding session template, then click Launch program.The program will launch provided it contains at least one step and participants.
