How to reset a user's quiz score?

Did an employee encounter an issue during their quiz? Would you like to reset their score to zero?It's very easy, just follow this guide 👇
All about the Quiz feature

• Go to the Quiz feature on the left side of your screen.
• On the quiz where you wish to reset a score, click on "View report" on the right.
• In the "Number of participants" section, click on "View details".
• In this section, you will see the participants, their scores, and the date they completed the quiz. On this page, click the red button "Clear participation". Please note that this action is permanent.

🔎 Good to know: A participant can take a quiz multiple times without requiring you to clear their attempt. Only the score from the first attempt is recorded. If quiz points are used in a challenge, they will also be reset to zero.
