What if I forget my password?

You forgot your password?
Don't worry, it happens to the best of us!

To get a new one, please follow these few steps:

• Go to your Incenteev platform. If you have forgotten the platform's address, type the following address in your browser: https://my.incenteev.com/.
• Click on "Forgot password".
• Type your professional e-mail address in the field provided and click on "Recover password". Careful, the email address you type must be the same as the one linked to your Incenteev account.
• You will receive an email at the stated address. If you do not find it in your main inbox, please check your spam inbox, it might have gotten there.
• Open the email and click on the link you will see in the mail body to open it in your internet browser.
• Type and confirm your new password in the provided fields.
• Congrats, you are now connected!

Here are a few more recommendations to ensure the security of your account:

• We suggest you choose a password of at least 8 characters that combines lower case and upper case letters, numbers and special characters.
• Keep your password secret and never give it to a third party.
• Do not keep your password in a non-encrypted file or on a piece of paper or a sticky note.
• Set up your browser not to remember you password.
• Use a different password for all of your online accounts.
• Use a password manager software to increase security even more (ex : Dashlane, LastPass, KeePass, etc.).
