Understanding Date Labels on Dashboards

When clicking on the Dashboards feature, several date labels may appear:

Case #1: A single date displayed above your indicators, next to "Updated on:"

If a date appears above all of your indicators, it applies to every indicator:

  • "Updated on:" corresponds to the date when the results for all your indicators were last refreshed.

Case #2: Two dates displayed above your indicators

If two dates appear above all of your indicators, they apply to every indicator:

  • "Updated on:" corresponds to the date when the results were last refreshed.
  • "Result:" corresponds to the date specified in the data source file.

Case #3: A specific date displayed on each individual indicator

If no date appears above all of your indicators, it means each indicator has its own specific update date:

  • "Result:" (shown on each indicator) corresponds to the date specified in the data source file for that specific indicator.

Case #4: A global date and specific dates on each indicator

The date displayed above all of your indicators applies to the entire set:

  • "Updated on:" corresponds to the date when the results for all your indicators were last refreshed.

The dates displayed on each individual indicator correspond to their specific update dates:

  • "Result:" (shown on each indicator) corresponds to the date specified in the data source file for that specific indicator.
