How do I start a conversation with a user (my manager, colleague, etc.)?

In order to start a chat conversation with a user, simply follow these steps:

• Click on the speech icon situated on the right hand side of the search bar,
• Click on the button "New Discussion" that appears on the new page,
• Select or search for the person that you would like to talk to in the list provided.

Have a good conversation and chat away!
