How do I start a conversation with several people?

In the "Chat" feature, all communication groups are pre-configured. They are determined according to the hierarchical organization of your platform.

To start a conversation with one of these groups:

• Go to the "Chat" feature via the communication bubble button at the top right of your screen
• Click on the green button "New discussion" always on the right of your screen
• Select the discussion group of your choice and start chatting with your team

Please note, however, it is not possible to create a tailor-made group if necessary.
