How do I add, deactivate or reactivate a user's account?

Prerequisite:

To do this manipulation, your permission profile must give you the right to do so.

To add a member to your platform

• Go to the user management space by clicking on the gear button at the top right of your screen, then "Organization Administration" and "Manage users".
• Click on the "+" button.
• Fill in the information about the new member you need to add and click "Save".

Once you have created a new member, do not forget to invite him/her to connect to the platform. To do so:

• Search his/her name using the search bar.
• Click on the three-dot button to the right of his/her line, then "Invite now".

The user will then receive an email inviting him/her to connect to the platform using a link indicated in the email. By clicking on this link, (s)he will access the platform after creating a password.

To deactivate a user's account

⚠️Deactivate, not delete!

A user who has confirmed their account on Incenteev will not need to be permanently deleted to maintain history consistency. However, you can deactivate it. A deactivated user will no longer be able to access the platform and will no longer receive any notification emails. He will also not be invoiced anymore.

• Go to the user management space by clicking on the gear button at the top right of your screen, then "Organization Administration" and "Manage users".
• Search the user's name using the search bar.
• Click on the three-dot button to the right of his/her line, then "Deactivate this user".

To reactivate a user's account

• Go to the user management space by clicking on the gear button at the top right of your screen, then "Organization Administration" and "Manage users".
• Click on the "Active users" button, and choose "Deactivated users".
• Search the user's name.
• Click on the three-dot button to the right of his/her line, then "Reactivate this user".

You are ready to apply a few changes to your user base.
