How to create a permission profile?

Would you like to create a permission profile? (All about permission profiles)

Nothing could be simpler!

• Log in to the Incenteev platform
• Go to "Organization Administration" via settings (gear icon) at the top right of your screen.
• Click on "Manage permission profiles" under the Security tab.
• Click on "New permission profile".A new window will open asking you to choose the type of profile you want to create.

Once you select the profile type, a window will open allowing you to customize the permission settings for this new profile.

• Define the Profile Name; the name that will appear on each user's profile.
• The Identifier fills in automatically; it is used in user base import files (note: it must be unique; you can change it if it is already in use).

After completing these basic steps, you will be prompted to complete a list of settings to customize every aspect of this permission role.All settings are grouped into categories corresponding to Incenteev features:

• Files: All control levels and user rights related to the Documents feature.
• Discussions: All control levels and user rights related to the News feature.
• Organization: Control levels and rights related to user and hierarchy management (typically reserved for superadmins).
• Rewards: Rights related to the points system, generally linked to challenges.
• Quiz: All control levels and rights related to the Quiz feature.
• Performance: All control levels and rights related to the Dashboard feature.

While the extensive list of settings may seem detailed, it ensures accurate customization for your new permission profile!
As a reminder, permission profiles are independent of the hierarchy and can be assigned to users on a case-by-case basis. They define what actions a user can perform and what content they can view.
Be sure to review all elements in this list!
After creating the permission profile, don't forget to assign users to it.
