This guide explains how to organize your Focuses by archiving, reactivating, or permanently deleting them.
📦 1. Archive a Focus
If you no longer use a Focus but want to keep its data, you can archive it. There are two ways to do this:
Quick Method (Via the Icon)
Step 1: Go to the Performance tab, then click on Focus.
Step 2: In the list, find the relevant Focus and click on the Archive icon.

📌 Accessing the Focus Section
Click on the Performance tab in your main menu.
Then, click on the Focus tab.
👤 Adding Members
Option 1: Manual Addition
This option is perfect if you need to add one or two people quickly.
Step 1: Go to the Member Management tab.
Step 2: Click on the "Add a member" button.
Done ! You will see a message appear: "You have successfully added a member."

To edit your Focus, go on the Focus you want to modify (Performance section, Focus and then click on your Focus), then click on the pen icon "Modify" on the top right corner.

Basic configuration
