How to manage existing badges?

In the administration interface, you can easily manage and track all your badges. Here's how to proceed: 👇

1. View your badges

• Access "Manage user badges" from your organization's administration page
• View for each badge:
• The total number of users
• Validity dates

2. Modify or delete

To modify a badge:

• Select the badge in question
• Make your changes
• Click on "Save"

To delete a badge:

• Choose the badge to delete
• Use the "Delete" button. The badge will be automatically removed from all concerned team members' profiles and their collection.

3. View on profiles

• On each user profile, find:
• All badges earned
• The currently highlighted badge
• Complete history (obtaining and expiration dates)
