As an administrator on the Incenteev platform, you can generate registration links for your users.This can be useful for granting direct access to a specific group, workspace, or adding users directly into a hierarchical level or role.
This feature also allows new individuals to register directly on the platform, provided you have available licenses (in which case, we recommend leaving the "Accept registration without validation" option unchecked so you can review new sign-ups).
Here is everything you need to know about registration links 👇

To create a registration link:

• Go to Organization Administration
• In the "Users" tab, click on "Manage registration links"
• Click on "+ Create a registration link"
• Enter a name for this link. Only platform admins will see it. It helps you stay organized if you manage multiple links.
• Toggle the "Enable this link" button. Disabled links no longer allow new sign-ups to the organization, but the URL remains valid for existing members to access it.
• Select the permission profile assigned to users registering via this link:All about permission profiles
• Toggle "Accept registration without validation". When enabled, users can sign up without admin approval. If all licenses are already assigned, manual approval will be required once additional licenses are added.
• Select the workspaces to which users will have access.
• You can also select the hierarchical role or level to which users will be assigned.👏 And that's it! You have created a registration link!
